This year we are adding some exciting new events and perks for our players.

This year we are offering Open events featuring cash prizes. In order to compete in this event both team members must have a rating of at least a 3.5. The number of the participants directly correlates to the amount of prize money that you receive. If there are 10 teams, that is 20 players who are each paying $30. $25 of that is going back directly into the prize pool meaning the winning team would receive $500!!
- There is no minimum amount of teams but we are limiting to 20 teams max.
- You can either play Open or Skill but NOT both

For those competing in the Skill brackets, we are offering an exciting incentive. If you win gold in your skill, you and your partner will be entered to win a 6 Night, 5 Day vacation! All you have to pay for is airfare. There are 4 total vacations up for grabs - Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles
- If you play in an Open event you are NOT being added to the raffle for the vacation for that event. This means if you win Men's Open that you are playing for money, NOT the vacation and vice versa.

We are offering Senior events on June 21 for players 55 and older. The age groups are 55-64, 65-74, and 75+.
- You may only play Seniors on Friday OR Doubles on Saturday - you can not play in both!

Prize Money

Prize Money is only in Open Events.

The number of teams in the Open event directly correlates with how much the prize money is.

Example
8 Teams (16 players) = $25 x 16 = $400 Total

20 Teams (40 players) = $25 x 40 - $1,000 Total

Refund Policy

The refund policy is as follows:

No refunds after 3/1/24

Refund minus $25 late cancellation fee 2/23/24 - 2/29/24

Full Refunds w/o fees prior to 2/22/24
